Let's take a trip back in time to over 2 (!!) years ago when I submitted this:
And I decided you know what, it's time to try again!
Using essentially the same materials, and heck even the same camera, I've made 3 new tiny teacup keychains. Amazing the difference 2 years makes.
Reflecting, I really didn't change the pattern at all- the biggest change is that I chose to embroider the eyes this time, instead of sew on little beads. To me, it looks a lot cleaner this way, and less buggy. I'm also amazed by the difference in photo quality, just by running a few Brightness/Contrast layers over the image, it makes a big difference in showing the true colors of a piece. By far the best new feature is the chain of the keychain itself! I got new, more solid jump rings, so these definitely will not be pulled apart by daily wear and tear. Unfortunately, I'd been using jewelry jump rings before- tripled up, hoping it would help. And what else did I add? A little teabag charm! I bought a set of 7 adorable little charms on Etsy. Four left! I may continue with pastels, I may try some new combinations, or I could certainly make custom designs if anyone's interested.
Thank you for looking!

I love these! Will you ever be offering the pattern for sale?
